Apple Butter Whiskey
Serves 20 (in a rocks glass filled halfway with ice)
6 c apple cider½ c apple butter6 c whiskey3 c ginger lemon kombuchaOrange bitters2 apples, thinly sliced for garnish
In a gallon jug, combine apple cider, apple butter, and whiskey. Immediately before serving, combine with kombucha, and approximately 12 apple slices in a large container or punch bowl. Serve additional apple slices in the serving container or bowl for individual garnish and bitters on the side if guests would like a few drops in their drink. Stir punch periodically to prevent apple butter from drifting to the bottom of the bowl.
