Inspired by the Gloria Jean Cream Dream at Festive AF
Why should mimosas have all the fun? I must admit I love a good glass of champagne at brunch, but is there a new a.m. cocktail on the horizon? Let’s start a new trend and serve coffee in cold boozy batches -- for a fun and festive brunch! Mimosas are SO early 2000’s.4 c Kahlua7 c cold brew (or chilled) coffee5 c cream soda1 T Bitters (for this we used 18•21 Prohibition Aromatic Bitters)Combine the 4 cups of Kahlua and 7 cups of the cold brew in a gallon container. Right before serving, add the 4 ½ cups cream soda and the 1 tablespoon of Bitters. Shake gently and serve over ice in a rocks glass.
