Elderflower Cordial for One
Serves 1 (in a 10 oz. rocks glass filled halfway with ice)
¼ c St. Germain Cordial (found at most grocery stores)
⅔ c Freixenet Cordon Negro Cava, Mawby Dry Sparkling Wine, or any good dry sparkling wine
⅓ c club soda
1 lemon, for garnish
Combine ¼ cup St. Germain, ⅔ cups Mawby sparkling wine, and ⅓ cup sparkling water. Transfer this mixture to a cocktail glass, add a slice of lemon on the rim, and sip!
Note: I like to buy the Sparkling Wine, as well as the St. Germaine, in 187 ml size for this recipe!
Kiddie Flower Cocktail
My kids love this because it’s super fancy and is a nice change from sparkling white grape juice.
Serves one (in a 10 oz. kiddie glass filled halfway with ice)
½ c St. Steve’s Elderflower Cordial
1 c club soda
Lemon slices for garnish
In a kid safe cup, combine ½ cup elderflower cordial with 1 cup club soda. Serve immediately with a lemon slice and ice.
