(makes 20 popsicles, in molds like these
12 oz frozen strawberries (or 3 cups fresh)¾ cup honey⅓ cup lemon juice1 750 ml bottle rosé wine
Combine strawberries, honey, and lemon juice (in that order) in a 2 liter blender. Pour approximately one cup of wine over and then blend for one minute on low until well mixed. Turn blender on a low setting and add remainder of wine to the mixture. When all of the wine is added, turn the blender up a bit so that the liquid doesn’t pour over the sides but is high enough to blend completely to remove any lumps.
Working with one popsicle mold at a time, open the top of the popsicle mold, place a small funnel in the top, and slowly pour ingredients in until liquid is 1 inch away from the top. Repeat with all 20 molds and freeze overnight.
