Kombucha Sageserves 20 (in a 10 oz. rocks glass filled halfway with ice)3 1/4 cups Vodka (one 750 ml bottle)6 cups Kombucha (three 16.2 oz. bottles -- I use Synergy Gingerberry but if you have a favorite brand -- or are lucky enough to make your own -- use that!)6 cups club sodaAt least 40 sage leaves Lemon wedges from 2 lemons, if desiredIce Add bottle of vodka to gallon jug. Swirl Kombucha in the bottle, wait until the fizz dies down, and pour over vodka. Add 20 sage leaves (preferably still on the stem) to the gallon. Refrigerate if not serving immediately.Just before serving add club soda. Serve over ice in a rocks glass. In a bowl nearby, serve 20 sage leaves and 20 lemon slices to add to individual servings if desired. We prefer it without lemon, so let us know what you like!
