Serves 20 (in a 10 oz. glass filled halfway with ice)
3 cups packed mint leaves, snapped of stem1/2 cup sugar3 lemons, cut in half, with as many seeds removed as possible1 cup bottled lemon juice3 cups limoncello4 ½ cups vodka5 ½ cups sparkling water
In a pitcher, muddle your mountain of mint with sugar and lemon halves for about two minutes. Discard lemons. Add limoncello and vodka, stir, then add club soda and gently combine. Serve over ice in a long, tall glass. Mint can be served in each cocktail or strained out according to the preference of the guest.
