Carrot Margarita
Serves 1 (in a 10 oz. rocks glass filled halfway with ice)
½ c tequila blanco
⅓ c lime juice and one lime wedge (about 2 limes)
¼ c agave nectar
¼ c 100% carrot juice
¼ c water
Dash salt
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar, shake vigorously until the agave nectar dissolves, then add ½ cup ice and shake it up again. Pour into a rocks glass and squeeze a lime slice in there and then drop lime slice in the drink.
