Who wants an Aperol Spritz? I’ve been going ON and ON about these since Italy, and I’m sharing the big batch recipe today. Get these three little ingredients and pour them over ice immediately!
Aperol Spritz
Serves 20 (in a 10-ounce wine glass filled with ice)
9 cups prosecco (about 3 bottles)
5 cups Aperol (1 ½ bottles)
4 cups club soda
Mix right before serving in a very large container! Pour into wine glasses filled with plenty of ice.
