Oh no, daiquiris are not always frozen. Also, please may we just have this one for breakfast?
Grapefruit Basil Daiquiri
(serves 10 in a 10-ounce rocks glass filled with ice)
18 basil leaves
4 cups grapefruit juice
3 cups white rum
Β½ cup honey (warmed in the microwave for 40 seconds so itβs warm and easier to mix into the rum)
Muddle the basil leaves with the back of a wooden spoon in a large serving pitcher.
Add grapefruit juice and rum, muddle a bit more, and then stir in the honey for a few minutes until completely mixed!
Serve over ice in rocks glasses, and ENJOY!
