Salty Peach MARGARITAS
Serves 20 (in a 10 oz. rocks glass filled halfway with ice)

4 cups tequila blanco
5 cups peach juice (bottled or fresh squeezed with pulp removed)
3 cups bottled key west lime juice
2 cups agave nectar
½ teaspoon salt
3 peaches for garnish


Combine all ingredients in a gallon container, stir vigorously until the agave nectar dissolves, and serve. This drink is delicious served with a lot of ice and a slice of lime in a rocks glass. Add water if you prefer your drink a bit less concentrated.

Serves 2 (in a 10 oz. rocks glass filled halfway with ice)

½ cup tequila blanco
⅓ cup peach juice (bottled or fresh squeezed with pulp removed)
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1 Tablespoon agave nectar
Pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously until the agave nectar dissolves, and serve over a lot of ice and a slice of peach in a rocks glass.
