The Wilderness Road Gimlet

Have you tried clean wine or zero alcohol spirits? I’m always a little sad that they don’t taste exactly like their high AVB siblings, but they do accompany a healthy lifestyle much better! One of these companies, Scout and Cellar, is on a mission to disrupt the wine industry to be better for health and the planet. Their clean wine is always free from synthetic pesticides and chemical additives and sweeteners. And they partner with growers and family-owned farms (which I LOVE!).

Their new product, Wilderness Road, is a MIXABLE—a lower-alcohol alternative for cocktails! They’ve combined fermented white and rosé wines with a distilled neutral grape wine, which evokes a clean, fresh, neutral flavor perfect for mixing. I used Wilderness Road to create a spin on my Rosé All Day . . . Yum! The twist is the lower alcohol content and a homemade lime simple syrup. Have you tried Scout and Cellar’s Wilderness Road? Grab a bottle and report back on what you think.
